Carrie’s goal in every massage is to foster and promote a client’s own innate healing ability through various massage modalities such as deep tissue laser therapy, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, cupping, Gua-sha, and lymphatic massage. Every session is adapted to the client’s individual needs to help them manage pain, reduce inflammation and stress in the body, and restore functionality so they can continue to enjoy the Bend lifestyle.
